Dave Shiels:

Dave Shiels is a Mozambique resident and a Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience in the civil engineering construction and building industry. His extensive experience uses his knowledge of structural and civil design. Mr. Shiels has completed rural/urban water and sewer reticulation projects, along with bulk water supply and storage development. He has also engineered agricultural irrigation systems and canals. His construction experience is diverse; he has planned and developed low density housing, industrial factories, bridges, and fabricated and erected steel structures.
 
Luis Canotilho:

Luis is a Mozambique citizen who has been with TKS since the beginning of 2006 in the capacity as site manager. He has extensive experience in the mechanical engineering discipline and will graduate from the University of Maputo in June this year. Luis is also actively involved in the day to day running of all aspects of TKS.
 
Oscar Bila:

Oscar is our senior technician and has been with our company since mid 2006. He is overall responsible for the smooth running of various aspects of our contracts ensuring quality and adherence to programming.
 
Jorge Vilanculos:

Jorge is our earth works foreman and has been in this position since 2007 having joined TKS’ sister company in 2004. Jorge’s experience extends to the supervision of smaller building works and the overall control of labour and plant on site.
